Their project is aimed at assisting public school students. English is offered to high school students (from 15 years old) and lasts for 1 year. The student’s level of English is basic, and few seek advancements in knowledge outside of school, mostly due to the fact they cannot afford it. Their classes seek, in addition to advancing learning, to encourage the search for more knowledge.

They serve students from the state network, who study between the 7th year of elementary school and high school, in the range of 11 to 18 years old.
